Alloy Steel Boiler Tube Manufacturer produces boiler tube that are high temperature resistant with alloyants such as chromium, molybdenum and nickel. The Low Alloy Steel Heat Exchanger Tubes are made under different grades of materials. Each different grade has different chemical composition and mechanical properties suitable for various levels of boiler and heat exchanger applications. The 4130 Seamless Alloy Steel Tubing carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium and molybdenum in the composition. the material has different conditions such as HR, SR, A and N. The different conditions also provide different tensile and yield strength values. The material has 724MPa minimum tensile strength and up to 586MPa minimum yield strength. The 4340 Alloy Steel Tubing is used in chilled water pipe, waste water pipe, fluid pipe, boiler pipe, mechanical structural pipe and in oil and gas lines. The diameters of the pipe range from 13.72mm to 3500mm and the wall thicknesses range from 1.25mm to 26mm. The ASME Sa213 Chrome Moly Boiler Tube has 1.9% chromium, carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel and molybdenum in the composition. This makes the ASME Sa213 Boiler Tube to have 205MPa minimum yield strength and 415MPa minimum tensile strength with 163HB max Brinell harness. The Alloy Steel Heat Exchanger Tube is used in high temperature applications such as boilers, heat exchangers and in power generation plants along with some oil and gas applications as well.
