EN 10216-1 P265TR1 Seamless Tube is made up of a non – alloy steel material with carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, nickel, copper, molybdenum, niobium, titanium and vanadium in the composition. The EN 10216-1 Grade P265TR1 Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes are made by cold drawing or hot rolling procedures. The material has up to 570MPa minimum tensile strength and 265MPa minimum yield strength with 21 % elongation at break. The EN 10216-1 Grade P265TR1 Tubes range in outer diameters from ¼ inches to 24 inches for the seamless pipes and up to 72 inches for welded pipes. The seamless pipes have more dimensional accuracy than the welded pipes. So the EN 10216-1 P265TR1 Seamless Steel Tube and pipes are used in the applications where the dimensions have to be accurate. Sensitive applications such as equipment, tools, measurement instruments use the seamless pipes. There are round, hydraulic and square types of pipes. The Werkstoff P235tr1 Round Pipe is the most used form of these pipes. The uses of these pipes are in the elevated pressure applications. The wall thicknesses and pressure capacities are expressed in schedules. The wall thicknesses of the Steel P235tr1 ERW Tube can range from 0.5mm to 20mm and heavier.
