EN 10216-1 as pressure pipe made up of low alloys. The material is used in boiler, heat exchanger and other pressure pipe applications. The EN 10216-2 Pipe Dimensions vary with the steel grades. There are six different grades under this specification. Each of the pipes has different material composition. There are EN 10216-2 P265gh Equivalent pipe grades. The carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, aluminum and nitrogen in the content. It is a low alloy steel material. The different grades such as the EN 10216-2 P265gh-tc1 are used in different applications. This specific grade has increased silicon, manganese and phosphorus content. The composition improves the corrosion resistance, wear and tear resistance and other mechanical properties. The P265gh Nf EN 10216-2 pipes can be made seamless or welded. The seamless tubes can range from 4mm to 152mm in outer diameter and the welded pipes can range up to 1219.2mm in outer diameters. The wall thicknesses of the pipes vary from 0.5mm to 20mm and above with schedules ranging from sch5 through XXS and heavier. Since this material is highly heat resistant, it can be used as BS EN 10216-2 Boiler Tubes and heat exchanger tubes. The elevated temperatures can be handled by the DIN EN Iso 10216-2 pipe and its variants. There are different pipe ends and coatings available for this type of pipes.
