EN 10216-5 Pipe is made up of a material also known as X2CrNiMOSil8-5-3, or 1.4424. This material is made up of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, 18% chromium, 5% nickel and nitrogen in the composition. The EN-10216-4 Seamless Tubes are made from similar material but with a lower chemical composition. The chemical composition with the high chromium and nickel components make the material oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and acid resistant. The Astm A312 En 10216-5 Welded Pipe comes under the ASTM A790 and other international standards. The material has up to 900MPa minimum tensile strength and 480MPa minimum yield strength and 30% elongation rate at break. The Stainless Steel En 10216-5 Round Pipes are the most used types of pipes where there are square, rectangular and hydraulic pipe types are available as well. The En 10216-5 Tc1 Seamless Pipe is made up of cold drawing and hot rolling procedures. The pipes can range in dimensions variously for various applications. The lengths can range up to 12000mm and longer depending on the application requirements. The diameter of the Din En 10216-5 Tc1 ERW Pipes can range up to 1219.2mm or more depending on the application requirements with wall thicknesses ranging over 100mm. The usual wall thickness of the Tube Inox En 10216-5 is between 0.5mm to 20mm. The material can be welded with conventional methods and doesn’t require special procedures.
