EN19 Pipes are made up of a low alloy material with carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium and molybdenum. The material has good corrosion resistance, ductility and shock resistance. The EN19 Alloy Steel pipe has 655MPa tensile strength and 415MPa minimum yield strength. The pipes have 25.7% elongation at break and 197 Brinell hardness score. There are round, square and rectangular pipes. The EN19 Square Pipes are used in structural applications to provide extra strength. The length of the pipes range over 6m and the diameters rang up to 127mm. The wall thickness of the pipes ranges from 0.4mm to 12.7mm. The EN19 Rectangular Pipes are used in special purpose applications with structural implications. The pipes are of high quality medium carbon material. The specification of these pipes is for wrought steels for mechanical and allied engineering purpose. The EN19 Seamless Round Pipes are the most commonly used and have great fatigue strength and abrasion resistance as well.
