Manufacturer of Oilfield Poly Pipe, Oilfield Fire Tube in India

Oilfield Tubing is applied to the transportation of oil and gas in an oilfield. The pipes need to have good corrosion resistance against hydrogen induced corrosion, high wear and tear and strength values. Depending on the type of application either drilling or transportation, the torque capabilities of the Oilfield Tubulars are also important factors to note. There are inner tubes and outer tubes. The outer tubes are also known as the casing. The inner tube is the production tubing. The Oilfield Poly Pipe is a good replacement for metal pipes in terms of corrosion resistance. These pipes are made up of polythene and are rustproof with break resistance. The Oilfield Fire Tube is also specifically used in the oil and gas industries to heat up the tubes to necessary temperatures so that the crude oil could be transported easily. The Oilfield Coil Tubing is used circulating the oil and gas withing sections of the production plants. There are different material grades that are used in these applications. The Oilfield Casing And Tubing Manufacturers produce API specified grades such as 5CT and others. Different applications use different dimensions of pipes as well. The outer diameter of the pipes can vary from 2 inches to 60 inches depending on the grade of pipe and application. The Oilfield Capillary Tubing is also used in smaller diameter applications. The material of the oilfield pipe is mostly carbon steel with alloy steel and duplex steel also being used often.
